About
A window-and-door company, and not much else
Window Inserts Inc. is a locally owned, family-operated company that does one thing: replace windows and doors, well, for homeowners across Westchester and Putnam County, New York and Fairfield County, Connecticut.
More than 30 years of it
The current windowinsertsinc.com site states more than 30 years of experience in window and door replacement. That experience shows up in the parts of the job customers don't see: reading an out-of-square opening, sealing it so it stays sealed, and matching a new window to the ones already in the house.
We are an Andersen Certified Contractor, and we also install Marvin, Harvey and Therma-Tru. We do not install windows a customer bought elsewhere, because we can only stand behind the products we supply.
Licensed where we work
Window Inserts holds home-improvement contractor licenses in Putnam County (# 51176), Westchester County (# WC-35662-H22) and Connecticut (HIC.0669567), and we are fully insured.
How we work in your home
Customers tell us the same things in their reviews: the crews are on time, the work areas are protected and cleaned up each day, the pricing is straightforward, and we walk them through the options instead of steering them. We have also done a fair amount of work with condominium boards and associations, coordinating access and staying within approved appearance guidelines.
Every installation is backed by a one-year labor warranty on top of the manufacturer's product warranty. If something isn't right, we come back.

A few things the business still needs to confirm before this page goes public: The current About page's structured data lists "Year Established: 2022," which conflicts with "more than 30 years of experience." This site states experience, not a founding year, until that is clarified. No owner, founder or team names are published on the current site. Reviews frequently mention "Brandon"; his role is not stated and is not assumed here. Financing is listed as a payment option on the current site; specific terms are not published and are not invented here.
