Warranty information
Two warranties cover a Window Inserts installation: the manufacturer's warranty on the windows and doors themselves, and our one-year labor warranty on the installation.
Manufacturer's product warranty
Every window and door we install is a product we supply, so it is covered by that manufacturer's warranty — Andersen, Marvin, Harvey or Therma-Tru. Coverage terms vary by manufacturer and product line; we give you the manufacturer's warranty documentation for your specific products. We do not install owner-supplied windows, because we can only guarantee what we provide.
Window Inserts one-year labor warranty
For one year after installation, if a window or door we installed is not operating or sealing correctly because of the installation, we come back and correct it at no charge.

Call (914) 684-1133. Tell us which window or door and what it's doing, and we'll schedule a visit.
